
Our professional on-site boiling team has the expertise to make your next crawfish, shrimp or crab boil a huge success. We are professionally trained to handle on-site boils that can accommodate small groups of 20 people to thousands of guests. Our standard package includes a choice of shrimp, crawfish or both, corn, potatoes and our very own special Tex-Orleans seafood seasoning. We can add Andouille sausage for an additional expense. Due to the seasonal nature of the seafood business, our pricing depends on the current wholesale environment. For an accurate price on your upcoming boil, please complete our event planning form below. A few factors to consider when planning your next boil:
- Pricing: Typically, the lower the guest count, the higher the per-person-price will be. Pricing depends on the time of year you want your boil. The price for crawfish boils usually drops after Easter.
- Type of Guest: Most of the time, men eat more than women and kids don’t eat much boiled seafood. For crawfish, we recommend 2-5 pounds per guest. For shrimp we recommend ½ to 1 pound per guest. For crabs, we recommend 2-5 crabs per guest.
- Event Facility: We will need a water connection.
- Service Style: Typically, we do a “come and get it” style. We cook the seafood and stage it in an ice chest. The guest comes to us and we serve the seafood in a styrofoam container. We can also do “Louisiana Style,” where we dump the seafood on the table. Make sure this is communicated during the proposal stage.
