Is your service consistently on time?

YES! We pride ourselves on timeliness. BB’s feels this is one of the most important elements to being a successful caterer.

Where do you cook your food for caterings?

We prepare most of the food at our restaurant location. However‚ for larger events we cook on site utilizing heavy equipment that we own.

Do you offer special requests that are not on the menu?

Positively! BB’s chef has the knowledge to cook up almost any special request. We have catered everything from an authentic Mexican wedding to a pasta cook–out for 3‚000 people!

Do you provide plates and set–ups?

YES! We provide everything you need to accommodate your guests. Our standard package includes styro plates‚ plastic forks‚ knives and paper napkins. We also provide serving utensils. If your event requires bowls and spoons we also bring those out. We can also accommodate china orders and heating dishes.

How much EXPERIENCE does BB’s have?

Our combined management team has over 45 years experience cooking, catering and delivering great food.

How much advanced notice do you need?

17 hour advanced notice will guarantee your timely delivery. For full service catering we need 72 hours advanced notice. We DO accommodate last minute delivery orders. If you call 3 hours before your event‚ we can accommodate your order most of the time. However‚ every now and then we can not accommodate last minute orders.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on–line or via phone. For phone orders please call the restaurant. For on–line orders you will receive a confirmation call and email.

Can you provide full service catering?

Absolutely! Please look at our Weddings and Themed Events Menu. We can provide every aspect of your event from servers to valet parking. We are a full service catering and event planning company.

Call the restaurant and ask to speak with the person responsible for taking catering orders.

What are your service charges?

Service charges vary depending on the type of service you want. For drop off delivery you will have a delivery fee of $0–$35 depending on proximity. Tipping is not expected but appreciated. If you would like us to bring out chaffing dishes we typically add an additional $40. Full service charges vary depending on the type of event.

What parts of Houston will you cater to?

We cater and deliver anywhere in Houston and surrounding areas. We have minimum orders for outer parts of Houston.

What size events do you cater?

BB’s has catered events as large as 3‚000 guests and as small as 5 people. There is a $75 minimum order for off–site delivery⁄catering.
